Nowadays the mainstream of the works’ activity are following aspects: production of water and gas ferrous steel and profile pipes in accordance to the ГОСТs 10704(5), 8639, 13663, 10255, DIN EN 10305, DIN EN 10219, DIN EN 10255; lead-sealed sheets and roll for car industry, steel spades and lead-sealed dishes, zinc plating of the metallic constructions. The works is the unique producer of lead-sealed sheet and roll for production of petrol containers. Total reconstruction and modernization of the production process allowed creation of contemporary production capacities in production of ferrous steel pipes in amount of 150 thousand tons a year, galvanized pipes in amount of 50 thousand tons a year, lead-sealed rolling – 25 thousand tons per year and steel spades – 4350 thousand units. Plant’s products are exported for the countries of Europe (Germany, Austria, GB, Italy, Denmark, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia and others), those of the Middle East (Syria, Lebanon, Israel), those of Africa (Gabon, Chad), those of CIS and the Baltic states. Export nomenclature is represented by more than 40 types and sizes of profile pipes, lead-sealed sheet and roll, spades and galvanized crockery used in building industry, communal economy and car building industry and in life. JSC “Kominmet” pays special attention to the quality control of let out production. Quality monitoring is being constantly carried out at the enterprise. For resolving all the questions connected with quality the central plant laboratory is equipped with all essential text benches for testing the output and incoming raw stuff as well. The high-effective “know-how” of pipes in view of delivery of metal of high quality excludes cases of receiving pipes which do not satisfy ГОСТ requirements, the whole output is certified by the State committee of Ukraine UkrSEPRO as well as by the Society of Technical Supervision “TUV NORD” (Germany).
